This is a demo to see what it would look like if we converted the following photo of an Havana sign to wood, as a Dowel Art artwork.
It was created with a 3D application. The artwork would contain 49270 dowels. Since it is a manual process it would take about 56 man-hours to pin the wooden dowels on the base plates.
